Next week, the owners of Black Sky Brewery are celebrating three years in business.
To commemorate the occasion, the good folks at the Denver brewery are planning to party all week long, starting this Sunday with a matinee metal show at 2 p.m. featuring the almighty Zombie Hate Brigade and Carnivorous Greed. Best part—besides the kickass metal—it's free. Oh, and the brewmasters are tapping a couple of brews for the occasion, Toxic Zombie Pale Ale and Carnivourous Steak Ale. (There will be other special tappings throughout the week.)
On Thursday, Master, Sacrificial Slaughter, Black Order, and VX 36 are due at the brewery for a show that starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are ten bucks for that one. The following night, Heshers & Hellions will bring horns aplenty at 9 p.m. for a night of metal played on vinyl. Finally, on Sunday, the festivities conclude with Weirdo's Summer Benefit Ball, which features OKStupid and Hail Satan. It's a $5 suggested donation, and proceeds benefit the Denver Innocence Project.
