The lineup for Denver's Rocky Mountain Low fest is incredible

Holy Christmas in August! If you haven’t seen it yet, the lineup for Rocky Mountain Low looks absolutely amazing.

The four-day, 16 plus event, which is spread out between two venues on Larimer, the Meadowlark and the Larimer Lounge, features D.R.I., Mean Jeans, Protomartyr, Bummers Eve, Night Shapes, Modern Convenience, Hide, Tollund Men, Poison Rites, Gleemer, American Culture and a whole bunch more.

You can pick up single day tickets and four-day passes for Rocky Mountain Low, which takes place Thursday, August 11 through Sunday, August 14, at Big Mark Tickets. At $50 (plus fees) for a four-day pass, you’ll be getting more than your money’s worth at these shows.

Side note: You'll notice that Wax Trax appears on the flyer, and Rocky Mountain Low also happens to be the name of an awesome 31-track (plus 4-song bonus vinyl) compilation of Colorado bands from the ‘70s — a beloved Denver institution presenting pioneers of the scene. Heavy Dose Records is also on the flyer, and that’s another highly recommended scene builder worth checking out.
